cancellation fees.

• For cancellations made after 24 hours but before the service has begun, a

cancellation fee of 40% of the total service cost will apply.

• If the service has already begun and the customer requests for cancellation, a fee of

75% of the total service cost will be applied.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

• Full refunds are available for services cancelled within 24 hours of purchase,

provided the service has not begun.

• Partial refunds may be issued for services cancelled after 24 hours or after the

service has begun, depending on the circumstances and progress of the service.

• No refund will be processed if the objective of the service is fulfilled.2.2 Refund Process
